Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Sessions cancelled with less notice may not be refunded.
No. Calls are not recorded. Any photos taken during colour analysis are used only during your session to show drapes, and are not saved.
